2007 UTAH STATE FAIR MILLARD COUNTY 4-H WINNERS
By Jolene Johnson, USU Millard County FCS/4-H Extension Agent The Utah State Fair with its corndogs, cotton candy, farm animals, numerous exhibits, and carnival is an opportunity for youth in Millard County to be recognized at the state level for all the hard work and dedication they put forth in 4-H programs throughout the year. After winning best of class at their county fairs, youth 4-H arts and crafts items are taken to the Utah State Fair where they compete for best of class at the state level with other youths’ items from around the state. On behalf of Millard County 4-H/Extension, we would like to congratulate all those who had entries in the Utah State Fair. We would especially like to congratulate Morgan Bishop, Shaye Callister, Katie Camp, and Rebekah Travis for winning Rosettes/Honor Awards at the 2007 Utah State Fair.
