Important Notes before you begin…

The use of the Munis Messenger is limited to ERP users
who serve as document approvers. The messenger, once
launched, will remain in you system tray and alert you of
pending approval actions. When a pending action alert is
received, the messenger will popup and request your
immediate action. The user has a choice to hold, approve or
reject the item. If you are not an approver the messenger
will sever you no purpose. Thus we recommend installations
for approvers only.

Also, the Munis Messenger utilizes the Microsoft .NET
Framework. It is advisable that you upgrade your windows
OS with the latest MS Service Pack for XP (SP2) for best
results. If the messenger was installed on your PC during
the initial installation of the ERP client software, we strongly
recommend reinstallation using this upgraded version. We
have not been able to guarantee a functional configuration of
the older version, or for this version, on older Operating.
Please consult your MIS staff for installation assistance.
