  1 Treasury accounts established.                                                                   Project-specific plans for energy research, Military construction and facility repair to be

  2 DoD requested and OMB approved apportionments for all DoD Recovery Act funding.
                                                                                                     An analysis of the geographic allocation of Defense Recovery Act projects is under way.
  3 Comptroller allocated the apportioned funds to the Military Services.

  4 Established DoD’s Recovery Act web presence through www.defenselink.mil/recovery.

  5 Established internal DoD governance structure:
       Senior Steering Group chaired by Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller):
