“Feed Washington Families” Disaster Food Stamp Program The “Feed Washington Families” Disaster Food Stamp Program is available for eligible families who suffered significant losses during the recent storm. Those counties approved for the food stamp assistance are Clallam, Grays Harbor, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties. Deadlines for processing and receiving the benefits are January 2, 2008, for Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties, and January 7 for Clallam and Kitsap counties. Listed below are the local DSHS offices in those counties where people can apply for aid. The offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, except for December 25 and January 1, 2008. Extended or limited hours will be noted below.
