Blairstown Township School District Blairstown Elementary School Makes AYP for 2007-2008 Meeting all 41 performance indicators that include test results in language arts literacy and mathematics, Blairstown Elementary School has again met Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) as defined by the United States Department of Education under NCLB.
