					AEROCITY AND ITS VISION

The vision of GMADA to have an airport city (Aerotropolis) near the airport will shape business dynamics
and urban development in this century as much as highways did in the 20th,rail roads in 19th and sea
ports did in 18th Century. Changi Airport in Singapore, Inheon in South Korea, Hong-Kong International
Airport are some of the trendsetters in the world. The airport city has been strategically located to be
very close to the airport yet it does not fall in the flight path making it the most sought after residential
destination to live in the region.

Aerocity- Mohali is proposed on approximately 1000 acres for Mix-Land-Use development comprising
4000 plots of 125 to 500 sq. yards, sites reserved for Commercial, Institutional, Mul ti storied flats etc.
