The 2008 OLMC Football Camp is being held July 14th, 15th, and 16th. The camp will be directed by Coach Tim Ludlam, Coach Ted Gelov, and Coach John Pfeifer. Coach Ludlam, Gelov, and Pfeifer bring a wealth of football knowledge and experience to this camp. All three are part of the OLMC football family and have helped build a tradition of success at OLMC. This camp is open to all boys entering 3rd-8th grades. The camp is designed to teach the fundamental skills of football along with team activities. Individual instruction will be taught by all three coaches along with several experienced assistants. We assume, in consideration or our child being permitted to participate in the camp, all risks and hazards incidental to our child’s participation in this activity, including transportation to and from said activity. We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the OLMC Sports and camp staff, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana and the various parishes in said Diocese, the Bishop and all Employees, Officials, representatives, agents and volunteers of such organizations or persons, from all claims, lawsuits, or actions of any kind for any and all injuries, casualties, damages or losses incurred by us or resulting to our child by reason of our child’s participation in the activities sponsored by OLMC Sports. We further agree that no action against the OLMC Sports, the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana and the various parishes in said Diocese, the Bishop, and all employees, officials, representatives, agents, and volunteers of such organizations or persons, will be brought by us on behalf of our child for any injury, casualty, loss or damage sustained by our child while our child was participating in the activities sponsored by the OLMC Sports.
