             10-DAY BLITZ

       How do Super Models stay so Slim?



       THE SECRET SUPER MODEL FAT BURN BLITZ

       is a 10-Day eating schedule to Burn Fat quickly,

       eliminate bloating, remove toxins from the body

        that cause cellulite, and increase energy levels.
THE SECRET SUPER MODEL 10 DAY FAT BURN DIET

The 10 day Fat Burn Blitz was first discovered when I was personal training a group of super models

preparing for Fashion Week in New York City. I was known for getting very fast results with my Fat Free in

50 Days Work Out and this particular time the modeling agency told me I only had 3 weeks to get the girls

looking their best for the catwalk. Each day I would travel to their Manhattan town homes to give them a dose

of Ryan Shanahan workouts. On the start of week 2, I noticed each of the girls had the same sheet of yellow

colored paper stuck to their fridge door. Out of curiosity I asked Kim, my model client, what was on it. She

told me it was a 10-day weight loss diet that had been a super model trade secret since the 80’s. Kim told

me that all the top models followed the 10-day diet before a major show, because it made their bodies

slimmer and look fantastic in the designer clothes. Kim gave me her copy off the fridge and told me to keep

it. That night in my hotel room, I studied this 10-Day Secret Diet.



THE BASIC RULES WERE:


    •   No cookies, No ice cream, No chocolate, No pizza and No alcohol for 10 days.


    •   1000mg of a Calcium supplement was to be taken daily. (For more info go to www.calciuminfo.com)


    •   Water and Fiber intake was increased to help cleanse toxins and to optimally burn fat.


    •   Various fruits were eaten to supply essential vitamins and give the skin a healthy glow.


    •   Virgin olive oil and raw nuts were eaten as a form of Healthy Fats that combat bad and unhealthy
        Saturated Fats.


    •   Protein is supplied from top grade sources such as turkey, yoghurts and eggs


    •   Drink Green Tea or Coffee to boost metabolism for increased calorie burning


    •   Daily exercise and a weekly visit to the tanning salon to increase Vitamin D production



Upon my return to Toronto, I immediately put myself and a few of my clients on this 10-Day Diet. The results

were simple, it works! Weight loss ranged from 3 lbs and went up to 15lbs in 10 days!

GETTING STARTED

STEP 1: SET A GOAL

Decide right now how much weight you want to lose. Is it 5lbs, maybe 15lbs? Set a specific number as your

goal and put it in writing. To make this goal official, circle a date on your calendar to designate a time

frame to achieve your desired bodyweight. Scientific research has proven that goal setting increases an

individual’s weight loss success. Completing Step 1 has already brought you closer to reaching your goal!



STEP 2: THROW AWAY THE FATTY JUNK FOOD IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE

Open your kitchen cupboards, drawers and refrigerator and throw away (do not eat) any foods that will put

extra FAT and cellulite on your body.


Get rid of these Fatty foods:

  •       Cookies
  •       Ice Cream
  •       Powdered drink mixes
  •       Candy
  •       White Breads.
  •       Anything that contains Partially Hydrogenated oils or Fructose corn syrup on the ingredient list.


STEP 3: GO FOOD SHOPPING WITH YOUR NEW GROCERY LIST

Replace the unhealthy foods with Energy foods that will satisfy cravings without adding fat and extra weight to

your body.


At the end of the 10 days, Reward yourself with a day of shopping and bottle of your favorite wine.



STAY FOCUSED.
      •   Keep your mind set on your bodyweight goal
      •   Only eat the foods recommended. Do not add any foods.
      •   No alcohol or junk food allowed. It is only for 10 days.
      •   20 minutes of walking, or house cleaning each day and following a Ryan Shanahan Workout 3-5x
          each week will accelerate your Fat Burning results.


          Results will be, leaner thighs, arms, and stomach. Also immediate Fat Loss.

 •   Organic Yoghurt (Low Fat)


 •   Feta cheese


 •   Raw Almonds or Cashews


 •   Organic or Omega 3 eggs


 •   Extra Virgin Olive oil (Dark Glass bottle)


 •   Balsamic Vinegar


 •   Honey Dijon Mustard


 •   Lemons and Limes


 •   Fruits - Berries, oranges, apples, grape fruits, grapes, melon or other favorites


 •   Vegetables – Salad greens, carrots, celery, tomato’s, broccoli or other favorites


 •   Fresh Rosemary


 •   San Pellegrino Mineral Water (Rated #1 Brand)


 •   Green Tea/ Coffee


 •   Calcium Supplement (always take with meals)

BREAKFAST:
1 hard-boiled egg or
1 small container of Organic Yoghurt
Large glass of water with slice of lemon
Cup of Green Tea or coffee
Calcium Supplement (use the recommended dose)
Drinking several glasses of mineral water with lemon/lime over the course of the morning


LUNCH:
Handful of *oven roasted Almonds
A piece of your favorite fruit
Cup of Green Tea or coffee
Glass of water


MID-AFTERNOON:
Carrot and celery sticks
2 Thin slices of cheese
Glass of mineral water


DINNER:
2 cups of Salad Greens with Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Broccoli and *Northern Italian dressing
4 ounces of Chicken or Turkey, pan seared in Extra Virgin Olive oil and fresh Rosemary.
Glass of Mineral water
Calcium Supplement (use the recommended dose)


BEFORE BEDTIME:
1 small container of Organic yoghurt or a glass of warm 1% organic milk

Total Protein: 120 grams
Total Carbs: 90 grams

* RECIPES
OVEN ROASTED ALMONDS                                   NORTHERN ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING


1. Spread Almonds out on a cookie sheet                1. In a small bowl combine the following:
2. Set oven to 400 degrees                                 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
3. Bake Almonds for 14 minutes                             3 table spoons balsamic vinegar
  or until golden brown                                    sprinkle of Sea salt & pepper
                                                           1 teaspoon Honey Dijon
*Do not add any sugar or salt for taste                    3 tablespoons water


                                                       2. Use a whisk to combine ingredients.
