OPEN ENROLLMENT ~ May 3 to 14, 2010 ~
All Employees are required to enroll online through BenefitBridge beginning May 3 through
May 14, 2010. If you do not enroll through BenefitBridge by May 14, 2010, you will not have
benefit coverage effective July 1, 2010. Completion of the online Open Enrollment process is
mandatory for all benefit eligible employees even if you do not make any plan changes.

The District is pleased to provide benefit eligible employees the opportunity to receive a
NO COST Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit in the amount of
$2,000. AD&D insurance is not medically underwritten, and acceptance is guaranteed.
The basic purpose of AD&D is to provide for many of the unexpected expenses that a
