paper to remove any raised grain. Brush or spray another coat of paint and allow it to dry. Continue to apply coats of paint until you achieve
the surface build-up you desire. Check the finish to see whether there are small nicks or imperfections. Rub out any rough spots with steel

 5. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation: The grease, dust, moisture or rust on the bonding surface must be cleaned off. Make sure that the surface is dry during
rainy days, or it will cause a non-stick atmosphere.
Application: Apply the adhesive evenly on the two bonding surfaces with the spray gun. The consumption should be 185-250g/m2. Spray
gun should use an opening of 2.0-2.5mm and 0.3-0.5 Mpa air pressure is recommended.
Thickness Control: The adhesive should be applied evenly and not too thick to avoid the weakening of the bonding strength. For porous
materials or materials with a coarse surface, you can apply more accordingly.
Airing: After application of the adhesive, enough time should be given to let the solvent evaporate completely to avoid bubbles or stickiness.
The airing time is about 5-15 minutes/25°C and varies from the temperature, humidity and adhesive film. The bonding can be done after the
surface is dry to the touch. For porous materials, you can bond directly after the application of the adhesive.
