Buffet Packages for the 2008 Holidays Dear Valued Guest, As the Holiday Season approaches, the Boiler Room Steak House would like to extend our appreciation to you for considering us as you make your plans. We understand that the choice you make for your guest’s dining experience is very important to you. It is our goal to exceed the expectations of all those who dine with us in the restaurant on a daily basis, or in a banquet room for any special occasion. The Boiler Room Steak House guarantees to provide you and your guests with excellent service and food. We use only top quality products for all of our culinary needs. All of our trained staff, both behind the scenes and out front serving you, want this to be an excellent experience for all those involved. We vow that you will be pleased with the effort we put into preparing your meal. The pricing for all our banquets is designed to make things clear, effective, and to run smoothly from start to finish. We offer 5 private rooms to accommodate parties of up to 150 people. We charge a $45.00 room charge that covers set-up and clean-up of the room. However, if your banquet total exceeds $300.00, the room charge will be not be applied to your bill. In addition, we add 7% sales tax and 18% gratuity to all banquets/buffets. We require a $45.00 deposit at the time of booking your event. Once your menu is set and you have a head count, we can give you an estimate of the total costs of your banquet. We request that one person be designated to contact us for changes in the menu or other arrangements, as well as being responsible for paying the balance the day of your banquet. We also require a guaranteed number of guests 72 hours in advance, to insure an adequate amount of food is prepared. For presentation purposes, all rooms also have audio/visual capabilities upon request.
