TO ORDER: Choose the ad size and color that you would prefer Choose the photo(s) that you would like to include. Please keep in mind the size of your ad when choosing the number of pictures to include in your ad. Please stick to the rules above. Photos can be included with the text and order form, or they can be submitted online. If they are submitted online, please make note of that on the order form! Compose a meaningful message for your ad. Please type it and place it with your pictures. Please keep in mind the size of your ad when composing tour message. Don’t forget to begin with your student’s name. The yearbook staff cannot accept any ad orders without payment. Please enclose a check for the ad amount, or if using cash, please deliver personally for security reasons! Otherwise you can mail it to the address above to NHS Yearbook; attn: Ms Lindy Settevendemie. If you want to place more than on ad, you can make copies of the attached form. DO: Do make sure your message is appropriate. No profanity, vulgarity, suggestive, or offensive language or implications will be allowed. Do make sure you have written your name, address, and home phone on the back of each picture in PENCIL. You may need to put a label on the back and write on that depending on the type of photo paper used. CD-roms of photos will NOT be returned unless specially requested. Do send funny, cute, and embarrassing pictures of your loved one. Nudity, even with babies, however, is not permitted: Also, weapons and/or dead animals are also not allowed. Do try to include pictures in electronic form(on a cd). Pictures should be in high resolution and saved as .JPEG files. Pictures can also be submitted online, as long as they are properly labeled with the senior’s name (email to: yearbooknhs@gmail.com). KEEP IN MIND: IF YOU SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE, YOU MUST STILL FILL OUT AND SEND IN A PAPER ORDER FORM.
Do include order form, pictures, and message in one envelope sealed and addressed to NHS Yearbook. DON’T: Don’t send in incomplete order forms. Don’t cut pictures by ANY means! Don’t ask to be billed. The staff can NOT produce or reserve any ads prior to payment. Don’t write on pictures in ink, including the back of the pictures; ink will bleed onto other pictures when you send them. Don’t request special layouts, Our staff will carefully create your senior ad and will double check it with your order at least 3 times.
