Rules for Pool Access for 2008 Pool keys will go along with pool passes for the year 2009 and in the foreseeable future years. Due to the problems with accountability and access by unauthorized persons, an access lock will be installed on the gate to the pool. This is for your protection and the safety of our children. Keys will be mailed to those members paying dues in full for that calendar year. Members who are in arrears on dues will not receive a key for the pool or be allowed to swim until back dues are paid current. A self addressed, DOUBLE STAMPED envelope must be mailed to the board address with the 2009 dues, as well as any past dues in order to receive a key: Tanglewood Shores Owner’s Association P.O. Box 103 Fisher, TX 78623-0103 Keys are non transferrable, and non duplicable. Any member caught transferring, copying keys, or otherwise allowing unauthorized access to the pool without the explicit permission from the board will be subject to permanent revocation of all pool privileges. Keys will not be handed out in person. All correspondence for pool keys must be either via email to the pool key manager at timjulie@gvtc.com, the board at board@tanglewoodshores.org, or in writing to the above address. Pool key replacement will be available for a non-refundable $25.00 fee. Extra keys are not available. One key per lot owner will be issued.
