WILDCATS KUDOS CORNER
Kudos to the our counselors and computer operator (Anthony Chargualaf, Jerina Camacho, Liz Langas, Barbara Benavente, and Mary Tenorio) for working expeditiously on the new student and teacher schedules. They worked many late hours to ensure that 3-4 weeks worth of work was completed in under one week. Kudos to teams UMS faculty, staff, and students for paying tribute on 9-11. The following are specific examples of how Wildcats demonstrate their patriotism: Mr. Edwin Tudela takes the lead in providing patriotic songs during the morning time while many students were highly engaged with the music Team 8A (Ryan Shipman, Joshua Blas, Florence Camacho, Madrid Borja, Michelle Talavera, David Casto, and Yvonne Pereda) post banners with student hand prints along the library hallway Mr. Rodney Pama, 8C SS teacher, incorporating freedom into the curriculum and teaching higher order thinking skills (HOTS) to his students Mr. Joaquin Mafnas, ESL Teacher, having ESL students post ribbons honoring our local fallen soldiers who payed the ultimate price for our freedom Kudos to team 8C for being extremely well behaved during their field trip to the War in the Pacific Park. Your behavior made all Wildcats proud. Kudos to all the 6th and 7th Grade teams for turning in their team binders. In addition, Both 7B and 7C were able to develop and create their team mission and goals.
