camp.

assistance.

                                 2008 Camp Fees
                              $125 for first family member
                             $120 for second family member
                           $110 for additional family members

                                      Important!
   Camp is limited to 100 campers. Get your applications in early!

All applications will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. If camp fills up
before the application deadline, those campers whose applications are received first
will get first priority!

To reserve your place at 2008 4-H Summer Camp, send this completed application, all additional
forms, and a check made out to “Santa Clara County 4-H Council” to the address below.

           Camp applications must be received by June 1, 2008.
Depending on available space, late applications may be accepted. However late applicants, if
accepted, may not receive camp t-shirts.

A map and information on what to bring to camp will be mailed to you shortly before camp
starts.


  Remember, our camp is an outdoor camp. Campers sleep in their
 own tents using their own bedding. Sharing tents is encouraged in
 Girls or Boys camp as space is limited. All meals are provided by
 our great kitchen. There is a pool and modern bathroom facilities.

   IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND DISCUSS
  THE CODE OF CONDUCT AND CAMP RULES WITH YOUR
CHILD. BE SURE YOUR CHILD KNOWS THE RULES BEFORE
                                COMING TO CAMP.
