CESC Limited (CESC) the flagship company of RPG Enterprises is a power utility. The company undertakes generation,
transmission and distribution of electricity. It owns and operates four thermal power plants, namely, Budge Budge Generating
Station, Southern Generating Station, Titagarh Generating Station and New Cossipore Generating Station with a total generation
capacity of 1225 MW of power. 80% of the company's customers electricity requirement is met from its own generating plants,
balance electricity is purchased from third parties.
