                          Albert Berriz
   PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

   Albert M. Berriz is President and CEO of McKinley. Mr.
   Berriz has extensive experience in the acquisition,
   financing, management, redevelopment, and
   development of real estate assets. He has been
   responsible for acquiring and managing assets in excess
   of $2.5 billion.

   Mr. Berriz has an MBA from Northwestern University and
   a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
   Also a dedicated community leader, Mr. Berriz was
   awarded the National Fundraiser of the Year by the
   American Red Cross, and was a finalist for Citizen on the
   Year (Ann Arbor News).

                        KEITH HAYWARD
            CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

D. Keith Hayward is Chief Operating Officer of
McKinley. Mr. Hayward is responsible for operating and
asset management of the residential portfolio managed
by McKinley. He is involved in strategic planning and
asset management of the residential properties
nationwide. Mr. Hayward is also responsible for
management of the $82.5 million multi-year renovation
effort underway at the Villages of Taylor in Taylor,
Michigan. Mr. Hayward received a BA from Albion
College and holds an MBA from the University of
Michigan in Accounting. He is currently a member of the
Institute of Management Accountants.

            Karen Andrews
               CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

               Karen F. Andrews, SPHR is the Chief
               Administrative Officer for McKinley. Ms.
               Andrews is responsible for the "business of the
               business" providing strategy and leadership for
               Financial Services (Accounting and Tax),
               Business Information Systems, Creative
               Marketing, Legal Transactions and Human
               Resource Development. Her programs have
               resulted in "best in class" operational practices,
               and an award-winning employee
               learning/development environment. Under her
               leadership, McKinley's community and people
               practices garnered national distinction as a
               "Company That Cares".

               Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in
               Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the
               University of Michigan and a Master's degree in
               Human Resources and Organizational
               Development from Eastern Michigan

                         Jim Boccher

      SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT
                SERVICES

Jim Boccher, is Senior Vice President, Client Services.
Mr. Boccher has an extensive history in managing and
developing client relationships. He has a proven ability
to develop and articulate strategic visions that focus on
sales and service. Throughout his diverse career, Mr.
Boccher has implemented numerous training and
mentoring programs promoting leadership skills.
Mr. Boccher is a member of McKinley's Executive
Committee and holds a B.S. from Rutgers University.

            Royal Caswell
                 VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL
                          OPERATIONS

             Royal Caswell is Vice President of Commercial
             Operations at McKinley. Mr. Caswell is currently
             managing McKinley's commercial real estate portfolio,
             which includes office buildings, retail shopping centers
             and light industrial developments. He is responsible for
             a historical redevelopment project called the Chelsea
             Clocktower in downtown Chelsea, Michigan and the
             leasing and management of nearly 4 million sq. ft. of
             real estate. Mr. Caswell received a Bachelor of Arts in
             Government from The University of Texas at Austin, and
             a Masters in Public Administration from Indiana
             University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
             He also holds a Certification in Financial Leadership
             from the University of Southern California.

                    Jeff Kleinschmidt
 CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

 Jeffrey R. Kleinschmidt is Chief Investment Officer at
 McKinley. He earned a Bachelor's degree in
 Management from Ferris State University. For 15 years
 prior to joining McKinley, he held management
 positions, from business development to senior loan
 officer and commercial business manager with Citizens
 Bank. Since 1999, McKinley has creatively financed in
 excess of $500 million of commercial real estate assets.

                      Nancy Dolan
     SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT
               SERVICES

Nancy Dolan is Senior Vice President, Client Services.
Ms. Dolan leads the property management at McKinley
focusing on solving complex real estate issues for our
institutional, municipal and financial clients. Her
responsibilities include properties in severe distress
from initial assignment as receiver, and property
management through the disposition of the asset. She
has successfully managed the renovation, repositioning
and successful disposition of over $100 million of
multifamily real estate since 2002.
Ms. Dolan is a member of the Executive Committee at
McKinley. She holds a Certified Property Manager
designation through the Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM), holds a B.A. in Business, and has
over 25 years of property management experience.

            Kenneth Polsinelli
            EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
            RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

            Kenneth P. Polsinelli is Executive Vice President,
            Residential Real Estate. Mr. Polsinelli has a proven
            track record in the acquisition and repositioning or real
            estate. Mr. Polsinelli has an MBA from Michigan State
            University and a BS in Political Science from the
            University of Michigan. Mr. Polsinelli is a Certified
            Commercial Investment Manager.

            Mary Williams
             VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OF STAFF
             Mary S. Williams holds the position of Vice President,
             Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief Executive
             Officer at McKinley. Ms. Williams is responsible for
             supporting the activities in the Office of the CEO as it
             relates to relationship management, non-profit and
             civic activities, community services, marketing and
             public relations, event management, McKinley
             corporate giving and she is also the Executive
             Director, McKinley Foundation. Mary has over twenty
             years of experience as a senior development
             professional focusing on philanthropy at the local,
             regional and national levels as well as extensive
             experience in volunteer leadership, community affairs,
             public relations, human resource development and
             health care.
             A graduate of Jackson Community College in nursing,
             Mary has successfully completed a wide array of
             professional development courses, is a graduate of the
             Leadership Ann Arbor Class of 2004, and is a member
