							                 NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE
                        REAL ESTATE

     BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable
COUNTY COURT AT LAW 6 of Collin County Texas, on the 21st day of
September, A.D. 2009, in the case of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. VS. GAYUN MATTHEWS    in Cause No.
006-01063-2009 and directed and delivered to me as Constable of
Collin County Texas, I have levied upon this 9th day of October
A.D. 2009, and will, as near as possible to 10:45 o’clock A.M.
on the first Tuesday in NOVEMBER A.D. 2009, it being the 3rd day
of said month, at the southwest Courthouse door of 2100
Bloomdale Road, McKinney, Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell
at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand,
unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title, and interest
which the said GAYUN MATTHEWS     had on the 9th day of October
A.D. 2009, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to, the
following described real property, to-wit:

    LOT 5, BLOCK B OF PASQUINELLI’S VILLAGE ON THE GREEN,
    AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF McKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY,
    TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME
    P, PAGE 364, MAP RECORDS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, TOGETHER
    WITH CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FILED DECEMBER 23, 2003,
    RECORDED UNDER CLERK’S FILE NO. 03-0245807, LAND RECORDS,
    COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4924 STONE GATE
    TRAIL, McKINNEY, TEXAS 75070.

Said property is levied upon as the property of GAYUN MATTHEWS
and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said
Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 28th day of May, A.D. 2009
in favor of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
and against the said GAYUN MATTHEWS for the sum of $6,538.92
Dollars principal, and the further sum of $3,542.69 Dollars
costs, and further cost of executing this writ.

NOTICE:   This property may have other liens or encumbrances
which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
