   understanding and participation of diverse
                constituents in
 ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH TRACKING
                         Goal

The goal of the national partners is to assist
  Grantees
  CDC
  Non-grantee states/localities/interested parties

To bring diverse constituencies together to better
understand, have input in and effect the process
of Environmental Public Health Tracking
  State Public Health Practitioners
  Local Public Health Practitioners
  Health Care Providers (in many fields)
  Environmental Health Specialists
  State Directors of Environmental Health
Who are the National Partners?

Association of State and Territorial Health Officials
Environmental Council of the States
National Association of County and City Health
Officials
National Environmental Health Association
Physicians for Social Responsibility

 We give a voice in EPHTN to all of the people,
professions, concerns, disciplines, and regions that
                   we represent
 National Partners can provide
benefit to grantees (and non-grantees)


Able to share best practices
Able to provide insight and feedback on
programs from various perspectives
Able to help form and provide new creative
partnerships
Able to provide information to non-funded
states
    Partnership has proven
          successful
National Partners have seen significant
accomplishments in their work
National Partners have been involved in the
EPHTN process since the beginning, and
our involvement is crucial to the success of
EPHTN
