PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The site plan shows the existing residence with proposed addition to the first floor and a new second floor. There is one
oak tree (north) located on the adjacent north property, which is proposed to be trimmed to accommodate the second
story addition. There is another oak tree (south), located on the adjacent south property, which was inadvertently trimmed
without previous approval. The existing residence is 2,554 sq. ft. The residence, after the improvements, will total 5,975
sq. ft. The pool house, now attached to the garage, will be removed and the existing 2-car garage will be converted to a
3-car garage.
