A vegetable protein beverage and its preparation method. Clean
shellfish meat, homogenize, carry on enzymolysis with enzyme protease
and flavor protease, remove enzyme, add yeast powder, stir, set aside,
eliminate sargassum smell, add BETA - cyclodextrin stir, debitterize,
add kieselguhr and active carbon, decolorize and suck filtration to
get shellfish enzymatic hydrolysis protein liquid, concentrate, store
in low temperature; extract plant extraction solution; process sugar
water; mix shellfish enzymatic hydrolysis protein liquid, sugar water
and plant extracting solution; bottle, sterilize and cool to get
final product. Wherein plant extracting solution is made up of one or
two kinds of Fructus Crataegi, Fructus Jujubae, Flos Lonicerae,
Fructus Momordicae, Flos Chrysanthemi, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae
and Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Selected shellfish raw materials from
one kind of scallop, mussel and Concha Ostreae. This beverage has
nutrition health promotion effects.
