Achievements in the Present & Previous Employments:-

1. Reduced Project Cost:-
Through Proper purchase system and good negotiation, reduced the Project costs by
10 % on the total cost and it is about US $ 100,000/-

2. Material control:-
(a). Made coordination between the factory and office for the material movement
hence saved the company from cash loss about US $ 200,000/-

(b). Bill of material system introduced (order wise & style wise). Hence, the company
was able analyze the profitability of each order and analyze the variance from initial
costing and final costing after completion of each order.

(c). All the purchases were regularized through purchase orders and price list. All
purchases orders were mentioned with order numbers. It facilitates to analyze the
profitability for each order and analyze the variance.

3. Debtors & creditors control:-
(a). Through proper follow up and sending require details to the customers, bad debts
of US $ 250,000 collected from the customers.

(b). Established proper system in the bill passing and the chance of double payments
has been totally eliminated.

4. Saved direct cost & indirect cost :-
Saved around 3% of total cost through cost control and proper internal control system.

5. Managing payroll for 10,000 workers
Ability to manage salary for 10,000 workers through proper and effective wages
management.

6. Co-ordination at all levels:-
Through regular meetings with all departments and effective coordination and team
