Richardson Cap a Natural Fit November 18, 2004 The National Club Baseball Association proudly announces Richardson Cap as the “Official Baseball Cap of the NCBA” through the 2008 season. Richardson will be partnering with AD STARR to supply NCBA teams with all of their baseball cap needs. Next year with rule 12.02.0 taking affect all teams will be expected to wear Richardson hats with the NCBA logo during NCBA Sanctioned games.
