Dear Dr. Henney, I am writing to express my concern over the FDA’s regulation of genetically engincercd (GE) food, to ask that the agency’s current policies be changed, and to support all the points in docket #OOP-1211/CPl $ All GE Foods should be labeled so I am informed and have a choice. ‘Q GE Foods should not be assumed up by (2 “generally recognized as safe” and shou have mandatory pre-market safety testing * 17 There should be a moratorium on GE Foods until long-term studies show they are safe for human health and the environment.
