• Earlier application: before 1 November (fewer applicants)
• Volume: 60 applicants X 30 pages
• Everything has to be checked
• Some info later (diplomas, TOEFL, etc.), if not by June
  activate a reserve candidate
• Restrictions
          – Not more than 1 per institute
          – Not more than 2 per country
• Sending of documents by Courier (1600 Euro for 18
  students). Address problems
• Maintain contact
• Questions, questions, questions…….
