Model AMM-80 hand held dew-point monitor
 has quick disconnect fittings for direct, fast and
 easy sampling of compressed air lines, plastic
resin dryers, chambers and ovens. A optional
data logger enables dew/frost point data to be recorded and later uploaded to a
PC for documentation and analysis.
Model AMM- 80 portable Dew Point Meter is designed to measure the
performance of drying systems for air, nitrogen and other compressed gasses.
Model AMM-80 is ideal for monitoring medical, commercial and industrial
applications including: plastics resin dryers, breathing air, pneumatic tools,
instrument air, and spraying/coating applications.

Model AMM-80 measures dew point by utilizing microprocessor circuitry to
convert sensor signal by the use of psychrometric equations. Assembled in a
rugged hand held ABS plastic enclosure and equipped with quick disconnect
tubing couplings and an internal sensor manifold. An orifice maintains line
pressure for true pressure dew point readings.
Utilizing the AMM-80 to monitor plastic resins assures that the drying equipment
provides the performance for consistent high quality injection molded products.
Periodic monitoring of industrial air systems results in reduced maintenance costs
and avoids downtime caused by freeze-ups and separated water; the leading
causes of corrosion in pneumatic systems.
