This template provides key stakeholders an update on the status of a project. Project
updates may be necessary to inform key stakeholders of the previous period activity,
current period activity, significant accomplishments for the current period, planned
activities for the next period, and much more. Moreover, additional sections can easily
be added to this template as necessary for your company or industry. This template is
ideal for small businesses that want to provide an update on the current status of a
project.

A. General Information
Provide basic information about the project including: Project Title—the proper name used to identify this project;
Project Working Title—the working name or acronym that will be used for the project; Proponent Secretary—the
Secretary to whom the proponent agency is assigned or the Secretary who is sponsoring an enterprise project;
Proponent Agency—the agency that will be responsible for the management of the project; Prepared by—the
person(s) preparing this document.
