This is a report that summarizes the progress of an ongoing business project. This document reports on the status of current period activity, significant accomplishments for the current period, planned activities for next period, non-technical project issues, technical project issues, risk assessment and resource usage. Additionally, this report can be customized to provide for any additional industry-specific language that may be necessary. This document should be used by small businesses or other entities to keep track of the progress of an ongoing business project.

General Information Provide basic information about the project including: Project Title—the proper name used to identify this project; Project Working Title—the working name or acronym that will be used for the project; Proponent Secretary—the Secretary to whom the proponent agency is assigned or the Secretary who is sponsoring an enterprise project; Proponent Agency—the agency that will be responsible for the management of the project; Prepared by—the person(s) preparing this document. Action Items Identify all open Action Items and any Action Items closed during the reporting period. I. Risk Status Identify any changes in Risk Status.
