Dr. Julian Omidi
What Dr. Julian Omidi loves most about his business is the opportunity for a meaningful connection
with people. He has consistently found himself in the role of trainer, speaker, and salesperson for most
of his life; through positions as varied as yoga instructor, luxury tour director, and Media entertainment
coordinator, he has been able to build connections with people in 50 countries over seven continents. In
his time with Global Green Technologies, Dr. Julian Omidi has won the “Innovative Green Technology
of the Year” award, the “Green Builders” award (an award to the person whose example is most
inspiring to their peers) and served as COO and Vice President of Sales.
Insisting that he draws his energy from the energy people bring with them to his workshops, Dr. Omidi
is defined by his dynamism, his commitment to learning, and his devotion to helping people discover
their capacity to become their best selves.
Dr. Julian Omidi was born and raised in West Chester Pennsylvania. He is the son of Tony and
Elizabeth Omidi, and is the youngest of four brothers. After graduating from Villanova University,
Julian moved to the quiet suburbs of Connecticut, where he resides with his wife and 2 children.
When Dr. Julian Omidi is not working on making the world a greener place, he like to spend his time
practicing Yoga, hiking and taking his dogs Bello and Bria out for a run in the park. Many of his hiking
adventures also produce beautiful photographs. Although he is not a professional photographer by
trade, his love and eye for beauty in nature, would fool anyone. Many of his photographs are turned
into artwork for his Connecticut home.
Julian plans on retiring from his position at Global Green technologies within the next 5 years. He
hopes to continue his work on Green advancements and at the same time is looking forward to doing
more things around the house. Julian is quite the handy man and tends to be the first person his family
members go to if they need something fixed. Some would call him a jack of all trades. Dr. Julian Omidi
also likes to lend a helping hand to people in need. He has put a lot of his time into volunteering for the
local YMCA, as well as donating to some of his local charities.
When Julian is not working or spending time with his family, you can usually find him at the local
coffee shop reading a new book. After residing in Connecticut for the last 30 years, Julian Omidi
doesn’t have any future plans of leaving the state that he has fallen in love with. His favorite part about
Connecticut is the beautiful lush greenery and the change of seasons. All though palm trees all year
round would be nice, Connecticut has the best of everything within a short distance. Dr Julian Omidi
likes to share information about all things green.
He has a Ph.D in Philosophy, and continues to use his education towards making the world a better
place.
