                  Non-life Threatening             Life Threatening

Instructor calls for help or sends                   Instructor calls EMS (911),
student in class to call for help:                   sends student to call 911 or has
Health Center- 7-3136                                Rec. attendant radio for EMS.
Campus Police 7-2241                                 Cancel remainder of class



                    Instructor stays with victim and administers
                      appropriate first aid/CPR (if necessary)
                                  until help arrives



               After victim is taken to Health Center or the Hospital,
                instructor informs program coordinator immediately
                            and completes accident report
