Premier Agent Program Guide
The Premier Agent Program was originally created as a means to recognize loans in process from our most supportive agents in order to provide the highest level of service. Since its inception, it has become part of the PHH Mortgage strategic initiative producing significant benefits to our company’s bottom line including strong results within the ERA Mortgage brand. Our focus on providing recognition, service, and marketing tools has helped solidify our relationship with some of the top agents in the Realogy network. The Premier Agent Program provides benefits to each of the key relationships at the local level: the Premier Agent, the Broker, and the Mortgage Advisor. This Program Guide will outline what the benefits for each of these groups are; and how as a Mortgage Advisor you can use this program to provide better service to your top agents… and make more money!
Premier Agent Benefits
There are four primary benefits that Premier Agents can use to grow their business: 1) Education; 2) Networking; 3) Recognition; 4) Marketing.

Education
Total Success Training Program Every Premier Agent has access to the Total Success program. This proven training program has helped many of our top agents achieve both personal and professional goals through significantly improving marketing techniques and creating a work / life balance. is a highly is an on-going educational program focused on attaining new levels of success in both an agent’s personal and professional lives. Mortgage Advisor Training Premier Agents will one on one access with their local Mortgage Advisor proving one on one access to the latest product and market updates. In addition, their Mortgage Advisors can provide assistance in creating an effective marketing campaign using their unique Premier Agent marketing material, Special Financing marketing material, and other great collateral from the Mortgage Resource Center. Premier Agent Retreats / National Convention The National Premier Agent rally provides agents with access to the Total Success Program as well as an overview of ‘Best Practices’ from some of the nation’s top producing agents.

Networking
Premier Agent Wiki The Premier Agent Wiki is an on-line meeting place for Premier Agents. This site provides them access to updates from Realogy corporate staff as well as the opportunity to network with other top agents nationally. Patty Williams – Director of Premier Agent Program Patty Williams can be a great resource in connecting Premier Agents interested in exchanging best practices on how to succeed in today’s market. She has been instrumental in putting together webinars and conference calls where Premier Agents share their best practices using Coldwell Banker Mortgage marketing collateral. Premier Agent Lead Referral Program [IN DEVELOPMENT]
Realogy is in the process of creating an outgoing lead referral program where Premier Agents can refer customers to other Premier Agents.

Recognition
Brand / Corporate Recognition The Top 25 lead referring Premier Agents in the nation are recognized on the Premier Agent Wiki. In addition, a letter from the brand President is sent to the Premier Agent quarterly thanking them for their support of the program. Regional and National Events Premier Agents are recognized at many corporate events including the International Business Conference and brand top agent events. Among the Premier Agent exclusive events are Cocktail Receptions, Premier Agent Networking Lounges, and more. Office Level Recognition This should be part of the company business plan created by the Mortgage Advisor and broker. PHH Mortgage – Internal Recognition The Premier Agent icon in our systems allows us to easily identify our best customers.

Marketing
Premier Agent Exclusive Marketing Material Premier Agents can attach their Premier Agent Logo marketing their elite status to customers. Mortgage Marketing PHH is moving toward company – owned cell numbers. Premier Agents will soon have the ability to market their Mortgage Advisors local number as a means to attract buyers. Broker / Manager Benefits
The Premier Agent Program is a broker designation. In other words, this is one of the many tools the broker can use to enhance their recruiting and retention.

Increased loyalty from top producing agents
The recognition a Premier Agent receives within the office, from Realogy, all help the agent differentiate themselves from their competition in their market. Since this cannot be offered from competing companies, this can be a great loyalty program for top producing agents. The Broker and the Mortgage should create a Premier Agent recognition program.

Premier Agents that actively participate in the training program can significantly increase their income.
