Three Good Reasons to Use OUTO Side-Welded
     Elbows

     1

OUTOKUMPU Side-welded elbows are stronger than
                                      standard elbows
The weakest point on an elbow is the inside radius.
Outokumpu Side-welded elbows have been specially
                                      designed to offer these advantages…
                                      – Wall thickness 10% greater than nominal size on inside
                     NOMINAL +10% radius…
                                      – Welds located along the neutral line, away from the
                                      inside radius.

     2
OUTOKUMPU Side-welded elbows save you time and
                                      money when doing field welds
Outokumpu Elbows are end calibrated to provide uniform
roundness for efficient pipe fit-up and weld cost savings.

     3
OUTOKUMPU Side-welded elbows offer superior finish on
                                      inside welds
Outokumpu elbows are automatically welded from the
inside. This provides superior weld smoothness on the
inside and easy root inspection from the outside.

OUTOKUMPU Side-welded elbows are available in I.D. –
