SmartTalk is about utilising Internet technologies to
increase communication in and away from the office.

SmartTalk is a browser-based Flash application,
making it is accessible from any Internet connected
machine, and accessible to almost all web users
(around 98% of web users have flash installed * ).
SmartTalk provides an array of both basic and
advanced Internet Communications, such as:

      •    Instant Messaging / Chat;
      •    Moderated Forums;
      •    Moderated Mailing Lists;
      •    Shared and Group Video Repositories;
      •    Office Document Repositories;
      •    Video Conferencing.

Notably, SmartTalk’s latest version has had its video
capabilities significantly improved with the introduction
of the Video Workshop functionality. This allows:

      •    A facilitator / controller to conduct a videoconference with multiple people or groups;
      •    Allows the workgroup to collaborate on issues relevant to them, this includes: mini-
           forums available to small groups, polling, questioning, changeable presenters, and many
           more conferencing features;
      •    Presentations can be recorded and stored;
      •    All communications occur in real-time, with a very respectable refresh rate.

                                                               LAN network for conferences that occur
                                                               within an office environment.
