Plaintiff Lisa Wood in a Breach of Contract/Conspiracy case filed in Wayne County, MI (Wood v. Ilitch, Shemami, Little Caesar Enterprises, etc.) has filed a motion requesting the court to prevent trespass and enjoin actions of the defendants. Following disclosure of her residential address in a deposition related to this case, Wood explains that she fears possible reprisal or other actions by Defendant Jimmy Shemami and a key witness, Ronald Ilitch, who has ties to several of the Defendants. She alleges her home was broken into the day after her deposition. Ilitch previously plead "no contest" to charges he beat Wood, his one time girlfriend during the summer of 2004. It is reported that the judge who heard the 2004 matter ordered Shemami and Ilitch to stay away from Lisa Wood.
