The Speaker Mark Levin, CAE, CSP
For more than 30 years, Mark Levin has been helping organizations all over the world grow and prosper, and he can help your group, too. Don’t miss his insightful, energetic presentation that gives you the best ideas from the entire universe of membership organizations.
EVERY membership organization is facing a unique battle to retain (and recruit) members in the midst of historic economic uncertainty. That doesn’t mean you can’t be successful - it just means you need to have a specific plan of action to deal with the realities of today’s membership marketplace. This fast-paced, idea-filled program will enable you to put together a well-coordinated member retention and recruitment effort this year. You’ll also get a chance to see what tools and systems – including the new TM RetentionBuilderTM program - have been working for other organizations around the world.
“I used your retention ideas and they immediately resulted in the renewal of a $1,200.00 member. I’ll leave it you to figure the return on my registration investment.” -Toy Manufacturers Association “I’ve been in the association business for nearly forty years, and this was the best, most coherent, and up-to-date presentation on membership I have ever seen.” -Associated General Contractors
