Please remember to submit all forms to the Miss West Central Ohio Scholarship Program office as soon as possible. Use this page as a checklist to ensure that all application paperwork is submitted. Remember that talent music is also reserved on a first come – first served basis. For example, two singers may not choose to perform “When A Man Loves A Woman”, or two dancers may not choose to use “Swan Lake”. You may change your talent at any time, but remember that should you change your talent that you will release all claims to your original choice. REMINDER: Once you submit the items on the list below, you are officially registered for the Miss West Central Ohio Scholarship Program. Read your contracts carefully!
