Best Small & Medium Workplaces Presented by Entrepreneur® was announced today featuring successful
workplaces from around the country who have between 25 and 999 employees and whose employees
overwhelmingly agree with the statement “all things considered, this is a great place to work.” The #1 Medium
Workplace is Wisconsin-based financial services & insurance company ACUITY and the #1 Small Workplace is
Rochester-based communications firm Dixon Schwabl – both organizations have appeared on the list for the last
seven and six years, respectively.
The Best Small & Medium Workplaces undergo a rigorous assessment in order to be ranked. This process includes
administering the Great Place to Work® Institute Trust Index® employee survey and completing an audit of the
company’s culture, revealing the company-wide programs and practices that set the workplace apart.
