The site and related services are developed in ASP.Net (C#) and we are looking for superstar developers who have both web experience as well as system and application development experience. We are also using other technologies such as Ajax, Flex 3, Flash, with an extensive API, so if you’re a techi that likes challenges, look no further. This opportunity is for full time developers in the Los Angeles area only. Required Skills: • At least 4 years development experience in web development using ASP.NET and/or other stacks. • At least 3 years experience with .NET and C#. • Must have extensive experience with JavaScript and DHTML • Understanding of web architecture such as session, cache, cookies, connection pooling, Ajax, etc • Additional system and/or application development experience is a must • Experience with database development, SQL, complex SPRs, and optimizations • Experience with client side pages performance optimizations • Overall understanding of web applications and web sites behavior • Know what Web 2.0 is all about Major plus: • Experience with Flex and/or Flash as a developer using ActionScript 3. • Experience with MySQL • Experience with multi locals sites • Knowledge and experience with SEO
Action Script Developer
Some of the core components of the site and platform are developed in Flash and Flex using Action Script 3. We are looking for superstar Action Script developers who have both development and user interface design experience. This opportunity is for full time or contract developers in the Los Angeles area only.

QA Engineer Team Lead
The quality of our products is the key to our success. We are looking for experienced QA Engineer to take our QA efforts to the next level. The QA Engineer will create and implement full QA lifecycle tests, which include automated and manual tests, for all aspects of our products. This opportunity is for full time position in the Los Angeles area only. Responsibilities: • Be the product quality advocate • Create and implement different regression tests • Develop required tools and utilities to better execute tests. • Track/document issues, reproduce issues, verify fixes, and document results. • Perform routine tests on the production web site and other utilities • Test back end services and client components • Perform API level testing, system testing, black box functional testing, client UI testing, stress, load and white box testing • Defines and tracks different metrics such as open defects, weekly open/close ratio and others. • Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during testing • Provide recommendations on how to improve the products quality • Experience with using databases and writing queries. • Overall understanding of web applications and web sites behavior • Know what Web 2.0 is all about Requirements • Minimum 4 years experience in QA role including creating, implementing, and testing multiple
types of tests • Minimum 3 years experience working on testing web sites and/or web applications • Minimum 3 years experience working on testing systems, services, and applications • Ability to work in small groups and tight deadlines • Experience working with different automation tools • Extremely detail oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills
