You Can still Apply NOW to attend the 2010 National Jamboree. On July 26th 2010 the Boy Scouts of America will open the 2010 National Jamboree celebrating 100 years of scouting in America. The National Jamboree will be one of the high points of a Scout's Scouting experience. Those attending will become part of America's Scouting history. YES the Palmetto Council is still taking applications for scouts who want to take part in this historic scouting event. Each troop is comprised of 36 Scouts and 4 leaders.
