					       Foreign Travel Accident and Sickness Coverage

We are delighted to have received the positive responses to the expansion of the
Foreign Liability program. It now includes coverage for Travel and Sickness
related to overseas travel that is in conjunction with the curriculum or business of
your institution. The response from your institution in any emergency situation is
critical to the reputation of your campus. Through the blanket purchase of this
coverage we are assured that all students, faculty, staff and volunteers have
services available to help them through emergencies while traveling outside of
the United States.

The program is composed of two coverage parts. The first is coverage for Travel
Accident and Assistance Insurance. The limits for each coverage are as follows:

Limits of Liability:
Faculty, Staff or Volunteers:
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $50,000 each insured person or five
times the insured person’s salary whichever is lower ($500,000 aggregate any
one accident)
Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses: $25,000 each insured
person/maximum each injury or sickness with a $250 deductible
Emergency Evacuation: $25,000 each insured person ($100,000 maximum each
injury or sickness)
Emergency Family Travel: $100,000 maximum each emergency evacuation
Repatriation: $25,000 each insured person ($100,000 maximum any one
sickness)

Students:
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $20,000 each insured person or five
times the insured person’s salary whichever is lower ($200,000 aggregate any
one accident)
Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses: $25,000 each insured
person/maximum each injury or sickness with a $250 deductible
Emergency Evacuation: $25,000 each insured person ($100,000 maximum each
injury or sickness)
Emergency Family Travel: $100,000 maximum each emergency evacuation
Repatriation: $25,000 each insured person ($100,000 maximum any one
sickness)

In addition to the above individuals we have expanded coverage for Eligible
Spouses of students, faculty, staff and volunteers and Eligible Children of
students, faculty, staff and volunteers. As it is extremely important that we
establish parameters to which this coverage applies, the following definitions
must be adhered to for Eligible Spouses and Children:
Eligible Children – means named dependent children, including adopted and step
children, of the (student, faculty, staff, or volunteer) aged between 6 months and
18 years; or 23 years if attending an accredited institution of higher learning as a
full time student; who are unmarried and who permanently reside with the
(student, faculty, staff or volunteer) and receive a majority of maintenance and
support from the (student, faculty, staff or volunteer).

Eligible Spouse – means the legal husband or wife of the (student, faculty, staff
or volunteer) who is living at the same residence as the (student, faculty, staff or
volunteer).

These two categories of insured person are subject to lower limits of liability.
They are as follows:

Faculty, Staff or Volunteer Spouse:
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $25,000 each insured person or five
times the insured person’s salary whichever is lower ($500,000 aggregate any
one accident)
Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses: $12,500 each insured
person/maximum each injury or sickness with a $250 deductible
Emergency Evacuation: $12,500 each insured person ($100,000 maximum each
injury or sickness)
Emergency Family Travel: $50,000 maximum each emergency evacuation
Repatriation: $12,500 each insured person ($100,000 maximum any one
sickness)

Faculty, Staff or Volunteer Children:
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $5,000 each insured person or five
times the insured person’s salary whichever is lower ($500,000 aggregate any
one accident)
Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses: $2,500 each insured
person/maximum each injury or sickness with a $250 deductible
Emergency Evacuation: $2,000 each insured person ($100,000 maximum each
injury or sickness)
Emergency Family Travel: $10,000 maximum each emergency evacuation
Repatriation: $2,500 each insured person ($100,000 maximum any one
sickness)

Students Spouses:
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $10,000 each insured person or five
times the insured person’s salary whichever is lower ($200,000 aggregate any
one accident)
Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses: $12,500 each insured
person/maximum each injury or sickness with a $250 deductible
Emergency Evacuation: $12,500 each insured person ($100,000 maximum each
injury or sickness)

Student Children:
