  Description of Services HDR services include planning, consulting, feasibility reports, studies,
                              engineering and architectural design, construction administration and
                              monitoring, operations, value engineering, environmental studies and
                              documentation and license and permit applications. HDR offers

                              Ports: Planning and design of terminals, intermodal systems, highway
                              and rail access, storage and office facilities, industrial sites, port
                              management and operations, marinas, and dredge and fill.

                              Airports: Aviation systems planning, airport master plans, runways,
                              taxiways, and aprons layout and design, de-icing facilities, landside
                              access, and forecasts.

                              Transportation: Railroads, rail transit, highways, traffic engineering,
                              transportation planning, intermodal access linkages, streets, parking lots,
                              bridges, and tunnels.

                              Water: Potable water systems, water treatment, storage, and
                              distribution, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, water
                              resources, storm water management, and water reuse.

                              storm water pollution prevention plans, mitigation design, stream and
