Crop and Rotate Using Adobe Photoshop 7.0
The crop option is available in the toolbox.
This tool allows you to crop your, removing portions of your picture.
Click on your “Crop” tool from the toolbox.
Hold down your mouse button and drag to
select the area of the picture you want included
in the final product. Once you let go of the
mouse, you can continue to adjust your
selection by using the handles on the selection
You can also rotate your photograph with the
crop tool. Move your mouse to the corners of
your crop selection, your mouse will turn into a
curved arrow. Hold down your mouse button
and rotate to select the desired area. If you
have a crop to make that is not completely
straight, this is a great option for capturing the
area you would like.
When you have your selection the way you
would like, click the “Enter” key on your
keyboard to crop your photograph.
To rotate your picture and your canvas, go to the
“Image” drop down menu, choose “Rotate
Canvas.” You can rotate your picture by a certain
degree or you can simply flip your canvas
horizontally or vertically.
