       Validation
•   Twenty-one (21) hours in the past four years of

•   CBAP Exam Special Accommodations Form (if required)
•   Application fee of $450 USD (for IIBA members) or $575 USD
    (for non-members) payable by check or international money order
    to the International Institute of Business Analysis TM. The fee pays
    for the application processing and the initial exam sitting.
