Terms and Conditions for Online Tournament Entry
1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to your use of the LTA’s online tournament
entry system (“Online Entry”) in addition to the LTA Online Terms and
Conditions and the LTA Privacy Policy. By accessing any of the pages on the
LTA’s website (the“Site”) you agree to be bound by the LTA Online Terms &
      Conditions (www.LTA.org.uk/TermsandConditions) and Privacy Policy
      (www.LTA.org.uk/Privacy).

1.2 This Site is owned and operated by the Lawn Tennis Association ( the“LTA”)
whose address is 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ.
References to “we”, “us” and “our” should be construed as references to LTA.

2. Entry Procedure

2.1 On receipt of your entry we will send you and (if you are not also the
cardholder) the cardholder an acknowledgement of receipt by email. However,
acceptance of your entry remains subject to (a) approval of it by the entry
secretary or organiser of the relevant tournament and (b) receipt of the full
amount of the entry fee no later than the date for payment specified in
      accordance with paragraph 2.2 below.

2.2 Once we have been notified as to whether your entry has been accepted, we
will send an email to you and (if you are not also the cardholder) the
cardholder to either confirm that your entry has been accepted (an
“Acceptance Email”) (in which case we will debit the debit/credit card for the
amount of the entry fee on a specified date) or to notify you that your entry has
not been accepted (in which case we will not debit the debit/credit card for the
      amount of the entry fee).

2.3 Once we have attempted to process payment of the entry fee, we will send an
email to the cardholder confirming that payment has been either successful or
unsuccessful. If you become aware that payment has been unsuccessful, you
should contact the entry secretary or organiser of the relevant tournament as
      soon as possible.

2.4 As we are a UK organisation, all charges shown on the Site are in Pounds
Sterling. If you are using Online Entry from overseas, your card issuer will
convert the charge into your local currency. The Site and our terms and
conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom. Whilst we
will consider requests for services from outside the United Kingdom, we give
no warranty, express or implied, that the Site or the submission of any entry
through the Site from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK
laws or regulations. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any entry at
our discretion from overseas customers and we will have no obligation to
provide you with any reasons for refusing an entry.
3. Cancellation

You may cancel your entry made through Online Entry at any time within
seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you
receive an Acceptance Email. In this case, we will not debit the debit/credit
card for the amount of the entry fee. To cancel an entry in accordance with
this paragraph 3, you must follow the withdrawal procedure in MyTennis by
      visiting https://www.lta.org.uk/Login/.

4. Withdrawal

4.1 To withdraw from a tournament entered through Online Entry, a player must
either (a) follow the withdrawal procedure in MyTennis by visiting
https://www.lta.org.uk/Login/ or (b) contact the relevant tournament organiser.

4.2 In the event that a player withdraws from a tournament after the withdrawal
date for that tournament (as specified in an Acceptance Email), the relevant
tournament organiser will determine whether or not the player receives a
      refund of his/her entry fee.

5. Liability

You acknowledge and agree that, through Online Entry, the LTA is merely
facilitating the entering of tournaments online and that The LTA is in no way
responsible for the management, organisation or running of, or any health and
safety issues in connection with, any tournament (other than LTA Staged
Tournaments, which are organised and run by the LTA) entered into through
Online Entry which will remain the sole responsibility of the relevant
      tournament organiser.

6. Contacting the LTA

If you need to contact the LTA about these terms and conditions or the service
provided through Online Entry you may do so by post using the address given
above or by email using this address CompetitionServices@LTA.org.uk

7. Data Protection Act 1998

The LTA confirms that it will process you personal data in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998. The LTA may pass on your details to carefully
selected third parties but only with your consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably agree that the
courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any
disputes that may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms or the
legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably
submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with your entry form, the current
tournament entry fees, contact details, the LTA Online Terms and Conditions
and the LTA Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the
supply of services through Online Entry to you by us. Nothing said by any
person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and
conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any
goods/services offered by us. Except for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or
     misleading.
