Camp Machaceh PO Box 867733 Plano, TX 75086 972-835-1786 www.campmachaceh.org firstname.lastname@example.org pricing & scholarship information At Camp Machaceh, we remain firmly committed to our belief that a quality camp experience should be available to every child. However, such an experience comes at a large cost to our organization. For 2009, all of the camp facilities we use significantly raised their rental costs. Couple that with a slowing economy causing fundraising difficulties, and we decided to find ways to stretch Kingdom resources even further. 3 Tiered System Over the last two years, we discovered that one price does not necessarily fit every camper. Thus, in order to best meet the needs of all of our campers, we have developed a three tiered, need based system. Simply put, select the tier that best fits your needs. The tiers are as follows: $40: This price is over 80% subsidized. $125: This price is 50% subsidized. $250: This price represents the actual program cost per camper. Full Scholarships Because we remain committed to providing camp for all youth, we still offer full scholarships. In other words, we do not want cost to prevent your child from coming to camp. However, recipients of full scholarships are required to fill out the proper paperwork included in the registration packet. Such documentation is necessary in order for us to determine that funds are going to those with the greatest need. No personal information will be released as we treat your personal information with the utmost care and confidentiality. Payment Schedule Because we have only one week of resident camp and one canoe trip, available spots will be filled on a first come first served basis. A 25% deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your total. Payment is due in full two weeks prior to camp unless other arrangements are made with us.
