Family Rate: Oldest child full rate; 2nd child $70.00 (or regular rate, whichever is less); additional children $50.00.
Payment Option: Cheque or cash. Registration cheque may be post-dated up to March 1, 2009. Do not send cash via mail.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed at 80% of registration fee until March 15. No refunds after March 15.
New Players: There is a one-time fee of $10.00 for a Softball B.C. Lifetime Membership Number.
This applies to the Mite division and above only.
Uniform Deposit: A deposit of $50.00 per player is required at time of registration. This should be a separate cheque, post-dated
July 30, 2009. We will also accept cash in lieu of a cheque. Your cheque will be destroyed, or your cash
returned, when your child's uniform is returned.
Volunteer Deposit: A deposit of $100.00 per child is required at time of registration. This should be a separate cheque, post-dated
April 30, 2009. We will also accept cash in lieu of a cheque. Your cheque or cash will be returned upon
completion of 6 hours of pre-scheduled volunteer work per child. You are required to book your volunteer
time at the concession at the beginning of the season or via email at volunteer@wmfa.net. Further volunteer
information is available on our website at www.wmfa.net/volunteer/html.
Please note: The head coach, one assistant coach and one team manager from each team are exempt from
the 6-hour volunteer requirement. See below to volunteer for these positions.
I hereby give my permission for the above-mentioned child to participate in all Whalley Minor Fastpitch activities and agree to provide
transportation for my child to and from games and practices. I also agree to fulfill my volunteer responsibilities as required. I assume all
risk and hazards incidental to such participation and I do waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree not to hold the Whalley Minor
Fastpitch Assoc., Softball B.C., sponsors and participants responsible.
