I agree not to consume any beverages containing alcohol or illegal substances during any Greek Week activity. I understand that if I choose to break this agreement, I will be asked to leave the activity and my chapter (not pairing) will be disqualified from Greek Week 2009. If a chapter that has been disqualified continues to participate, the entire pairing will be disqualified. Any team whose members are deemed by any member of the Order of Omega Executive Board to be acting in an unprofessional manner, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, vandalism, theft, unauthorized entry, verbal or physical threats by any of the Order of Omega Executive Board, will automatically be disqualified from Greek Week 2009. Additionally, the Greek Week Executive Board may recommend to the Director of the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities that said organization be suspended, which may include disqualification from future campus events (Homecoming 2009, awards ceremonies, Greek Week 2010, etc.) and possible removal of the University’s official recognition. Any and all issues regarding a team’s eligibility and/or disciplinary actions are ultimately up to the discretion of the 2009 Greek Week Executive Board. Any team that receives a disciplinary action will be required to write a letter of apology to the Greek Week Executive Board, Student Government, and the FSU Administration. It is the obligation of each team to read this rules packet and voice any questions or concerns you have at the team representative meeting. At that meeting, the agreement below must be signed by BOTH the team’s Greek Week Representative and Chapter President if they wish to compete in Greek Week 2009. If your team consists of multiple organizations, all organizations within the team must fill out this form. We encourage the Greek Week Representative(s) to stress the severity of adhering to the Code of Conduct to your team. Please represent your University with dignity and respect.
