REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR GREEK WEEK 2009
Below is guideline on signing up for Greek Week:
1) Go to www.gbodlsu.com and you’ll see the link in the middle of the page to sign up for this year’s event. Click on Greek Week Sign-up just below the Greek Week image.
2) You’ll be directed to a page where you must click on REGISTER to sign-up for the event.
3) You’ll then be taken to the page shown below. Enter the appropriate information and click SAVE CHANGES. If you omit a field that is required, the site will prompt you to enter your information in the appropriate text box.
NOTE: Your username and password are case sensitive. In addition passwords should be no longer than 10 characters (numbers and letters only)
*Once you’ve completed your registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address you listed for yourself.
4) To login, go back to the login page and enter the E-mail and Password that you designated for yourself.
5) You’ll then be taken to the page shown below where you can REGISTER for a shift.
On this page you will also be able to: 1) View how many slots are available for a specific shift 2) View who has registered for a shift 3) Navigate between the days highlighted on the calendar to select a shift that works best for you.
6) To sign up for a day and time, simply click the REGISTER link above the shift you’d like to sign up for. You’ll then see your name and organization appear just like in the highlighted text in the image below.
7) Once you’ve completed signing-up for shifts, remember to logout and save your confirmation email in case you forget your password and/or login. DO NOT copy and paste your password from your email in to the login page – the site will not recognize this.
