NCCI Reporting System USS942 NCCI Reporting System The United Systems and Software, Inc. (USSI), NCCI Reporting System (USS942), integrates with USS915e Worker's Compensation Administration System to provide electronic reporting of policy and statistical data to the NCCI. Product Description NCCI Reporting is an integrated add-on feature for USS915e Worker's Compensation Administration System to provide electronic reporting to the NCCI for the following: • WCPOLS - Policy and Proof of Coverage Data • WCSTAT - Unit Statistical Data Data reporting files are generated for use with the NCCI's Data Transfer via Internet functionality. Policy Reporting Proof of Coverage Data (WCPOLS), is reported at the following policy landmarks: • Policy Issue • Cancellation • Reinstatement • Renewal • Final Audit Reporting information is generated using the standard functions of policy issue and billing within the system. As each of the landmark events takes places, the system captures the information necessary to report, marks the policy for reporting, and records the date of the landmark event. When policy reporting is initiated, the system automatically selects all policies that have a recorded landmark event. The required elements of the policy are then reported. Optional endorsements are not reported. Renewal and final audits are reported using a full policy replacement. Cancellation and reinstatement events will send only the cancellation/reinstatement endorsement record. Unit Statistical Reporting Unit Statistical Data (WCSTAT) is reported 18 months after policy issue, and then annually for four additional reports. Statistical reporting may be selected on a monthly or annual reporting cycle. The system provides for monthly or annual reporting cycles. All reporting files are permanently archived for easy review and re- submission as needed.
