Jenifer Junior High School Bulletin for Friday, April 10, 2009
DAY A ATTENTION FRESHMEN: The Freshman dance is coming. A complete packet of information will be coming out soon. Anyone inviting a guest needs to remember that the guest needs to be a 9th grader and a student in good standing at their school. If you have questions about this please see Mrs. Greear. ATTENTION STUDENTS It's countdown time, only one school day until the first 7th Grade Math ISAT and three school days until the first 8th Grade Math ISAT. Things will run the same in the lab this year as they did last year, and there will be incentives added into the test this Spring. All students who take the ISAT this spring will have the opportunity to win raffle prizes for: following directions, taking your time on the test, asking appropriate questions, and showing improvement on your scores from last year. Your ISAT teacher and proctor will be giving out raffle coupons for students who they feel fall under these qualifications. Your coupon will be thrown into a raffle and drawn at the end of each week. If your coupon is drawn you could win the following: free drink cards from Happy Day restaurants, gift certificates to McDonald's and Shari's, and various prizes from Staples. Grand-prize winners will receive $20 gift cards to Tri-State Outfitters. Good luck Jenifer! STUDENTS The following book was turned into the library. Please claim if it is yours. Thanks!
