Web Connectivity to facilitate ACORD Account Current Pilot

Today, Web Connectivity, a leading ACORD Messaging Gateway provider, announces the
first facility to support Brokers, Agents, Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Carriers
participating in the ACORD Account Current Pilot.

Roy Laker, ACORD Assistant Vice President, London Market said, “Web Connectivity are
experts in facilitating the implementation of ACORD standards. We are delighted they are
able to offer this latest support in what is a significant step in the ACORD Account Current
Pilot.”

The pilot aims to establish that structured accounting data can be communicated between
trading parties, removing the need to manually re-enter data items and improving
efficiencies in the insurance settlement process.

James Willison, Managing Director of Web Connectivity, said, “Secure data and document
transfer using ACORD standards is what we do. Wherever large volumes of information are
moved between organisations, Web Connectivity can help to remove manual processes and
reduce operating costs.”
